Congratulations to the Woodbridge Strikers U13 Boys coached by Nick Caccavella & U16 Boys A team coached by Walter Cedrone on winning the Ontario Cup Semi-Finals .
 
Members please note that the U-13 Boys will play in the Final at the OSA Turf field on Saturday, September 18th, at 10am. And the U-16 Boys will play in their Final also at the OSA Turf field on Sunday, September 12th, at 3pm.

The girls will now focus their attention on the League Cup where they will play in the Semi-Finals on September 18th and hopefully the finals on the 19th

U-10 Boys Mississauga Tournament Champions !!!

The Boys U10 B team coached by Sukhi Pabla and Marco Casalinuovo are to be congratulated on their victory this past weekend at the Mississauga tournament. Another great showing by the boys who also were tournament finalists earlier this summer at the Dave Morrison Memorial invitational tournament.

U10B Boys Finalists in the Dave Morrison Memorial International Soccer Classic Tournament


The Boys U10 B team coached by Sukhi Pabla and Marco Casalinuovo had a strong showing in this years Dave Morrison Memorial International Soccer Classic Tournament this past weekend. After going unbeaten in the preliminary round, they defeated a strong Ajax A team in the semi finals only losing in an exciting final game to the talented Brampton Blast A team. The coaching staff were especially pleased with the effort made and determination shown by the boys as they fought hard to reach the finals after sustaining several injuries during the course of the tournament.

The coaches of the Woodbridge Strikers Boys U11B East soccer team, would like to congratulate the boys on their excellent effort and determination as they competed in the St. Catharine's Ti Amo Festival tournament Premier Division, this past weekend July 24-25. The boys made it to the finals and played a great game but unfortunately lost to Stoney Creek 3-0. Despite the loss, the boys represented themselves in the true spirit of soccer. They endured injuries and high temperatures, but they continued to persevere until the bitter end. Congratulations Boys!! Go Strikers Go!!

We are pleased to report that the U16 Girls B Team (F.Bellissimo/P.DiFelice) competed in the Gateway Champion Cup Soccer Tournament in Rochester, NY on July 16 - 18 and brought home the 2nd place trophy after a great effort. We are very proud of our team's performance. Specials thanks to their parents whose support was unwavering.

Congrats to the Young ladies of the U16B Girls Team and their Coaching Staff for their 1st place accomplishment in the Thornhill Annual Challenge Cup Tournament!

We are pleased to report that the U16 Girls B Team (F.Bellissimo
/P.DiFelice) competed Thornhill Annual Challenge Cup Tournament on August 21 -22 and brought home the 1st place trophy after a great effort despite the terrible weather and field conditions. We are very proud of our team's performance. Specials thanks to their parents whose support was unwavering.

TIAMO TOURNAMENT CUP CHAMPIONS

The U11 boys team coached by Pat Lista won the Tiamo Cup over the July 24th weekend.

The U14 girls team coached by Mario Bellissimo won the prestigious AC Milan Intercontinental Cup over the July long weekend.

LAVAL INTERNATIONAL SOCCER CUP FINALISTS

The U11 girls coached by Mark Rocca, competed in the 2010 Laval International Soccer Cup the June 27th weekend. The team played against some top teams from Quebec and ended up playing Lakeshore in the finals. The final score was 1-0 for Lakeshore.
